For seven years, ShulWorks has worked inside synagogue offices across North America. Different cities, different communities, different tools, and one identical scene everywhere: a coordinator building the same event five times. Once in the calendar. Once as a registration form. Once as an email blast. Once as a flyer. Once as a social post. Then rebuilding all five when the time changes.

We spent years helping shuls manage that workload with better systems and training. Eventually we admitted the truth: the workload itself was the problem. No tool built for churches, gyms, or generic nonprofits was ever going to understand a synagogue’s calendar. So we built one that does.

Introducing EzzyWorks

EzzyWorks is an event automation platform built only for synagogues, by the ShulWorks team. It works the way a shul office actually talks: you describe the event once, in plain words, “Bar mitzvah for the Levin family, third Saturday in June, kiddush after, about 120 people”, and the platform turns that one description into the calendar entry, the registration page, the emails and text messages, the flyer and the social posts. When details change, everything updates together.

Because it was built from inside shul life, it knows things generic tools never will:

  • It keeps Jewish time. Hebrew dates alongside civil ones, candle-lighting awareness, and messages that automatically pause for Shabbat and chag.
  • It is not a CRM. EzzyWorks runs events and only events, it works alongside the membership system your shul already uses. Nothing to migrate, nothing to replace.
  • The money goes to the shul. Registration payments settle directly to your synagogue’s own account. Funds never pass through the platform.

What this means for ShulWorks clients

Nothing changes about ShulWorks, the consulting, training, and support you know continue as always. EzzyWorks is our answer to the one problem consulting alone could never fully solve: the hours your team spends rebuilding the same event across five tools.

Early access opens Fall 2026

EzzyWorks is onboarding a small group of founding shuls, with white-glove setup and founding pricing locked in. There is a free way to start, and depending on how your synagogue runs event payments, the platform can cost the office nothing per month.
