We set up your school terms, grades, and classes, including multiple sections for popular courses. We create custom fields for Hebrew level, b’nai mitzvah dates, tutoring schedules, and parent volunteer roles.

We assign students to classes based on grade, skill level, or cohort. Teachers are assigned to classes too, so everyone knows where they’re supposed to be.

Can we handle partial payments or payment plans for tuition?

Yes. We set up flexible billing so you can record deposits, monthly payments, or adjusted amounts based on need. The system tracks what’s been paid, what’s due, and sends reminders automatically. This reduces follow-up work and keeps your records accurate.

How does online registration work for new families?

We build a form that collects all the information you need: student details, emergency contacts, medical notes, and class preferences. Families submit it online, and the data goes directly into ShulCloud. You can require payment at sign-up, add approval steps, or set capacity limits.

Can we track b’nai mitzvah progress or Hebrew levels in the system?

Yes. We add custom fields to track Hebrew proficiency, tutoring schedules, or b’nai mitzvah milestones. This helps teachers and staff follow each student’s progress over time. Reports can show who’s on track and who may need extra support.

Do you help with year-end cleanup and setup for the next school year?

Yes. We help close out the current year and finalize grades, mark graduates, and archive records. Then we set up the new school year: terms, classes, and enrollment forms. Some shuls copy last year’s setup with adjustments, and others start fresh. We help you choose the best approach and make it smooth.
