Yes. We set up batch billing so you can charge multiple accounts at once for membership dues, school tuition, or High Holiday seating. You review the batch before it runs. Payments are posted automatically. If someone needs a discount or payment plan, we set that up too.
How do tax receipts work at year-end?
We help you generate tax-compliant receipts for donors. The system pulls all contributions from the year, groups them by donor, and formats them correctly. You can print them or email them directly from ShulCloud. We review the list for duplicates or errors before sending.
Can online payments go straight into our QuickBooks file?
Yes. We set up the sync so payments, deposits, and adjustments flow from ShulCloud to QuickBooks. This eliminates double entry and reduces mistakes. We map your accounts and test the connection to make sure everything matches. You can run reports in either system with confidence.
Do you help with donation and pledge tracking?
Yes. We set up separate tracking so you can see what’s been paid and what’s still outstanding. You can send reminders for unpaid pledges and mark them as received when payment comes in. The system links each donation to the donor’s record, so you have a full giving history.
Can you train our bookkeeper or office manager on financial tasks?
Yes. We train staff on how to run reports, reconcile payments, generate statements, and handle year-end giving. If someone new joins the team, we can train them too. We’re also available for follow-up help when questions come up.
